Here, Guillaume brings us a bookend which could equally do duty as a toric (semicylindrical) doorstop, its accomplished aesthetic married with excellent grip. Bookend (1 piece) in polished white Rajasthan marble (Indian marble from Banswara).

GUILLAUME BLOGET
Born in 1991.
Guillaume Bloget is an independent designer based in Paris. He has worked for the architects Jacques Ferrier and Dominique Perrault. In 2018 he opened his own industrial design studio.
His work aims to establish economic relationships between material, technique and use.
He seeks fluidity in the convergence of gestures which combine to achieve a shape. Since 2016, he has explored the history and production of common objects with the Typologie design collective. In 2019, they showed the results of their investigations at the Vitra Design Museum : "Typologie : An Ongoing Study of Everyday Items".
