PARTY CUSHION
Designed by Luis Eslava
The Party is Sancal’s first model designed together with Luis Eslava. Under the motto “Don’t sit on it, Just enjoy it”, we are delighted to present a versatile product which offers new ways of interacting with a sofa.
It is a playful piece with seat cushions that can be moved around, and even used on the floor, breaking the rules of a traditional couch. The wealth of small details, including oversized piping to marks fabric changes, double seaming, cute buttons and a unique occasional table-cum-arm are tantamount to the care that has been lavished on the design.

UPHOLSTERY
m = Meters of customer’s own fabric m2 = Square meters of customer’s own leather The price of products combined with upholsteries from different price series will be calculated according to the following equation: Total price= (highest series price + 7%) + (lowest series price) /2
LEATHER
Our collection is composed of various types of leathers whose differences lie in the origin of the animal, its anatomy, the various systems of elaboration used for tanning, and the quality chosen. As a natural product, different skin grains and tonalities will be visible across each hide. Small blemishes are a sign of its authenticity. Natural leather is not an elastic material and will pull on all products. The effect will be particularly noticeable on softer pieces where it can stretch considerably.
As most types are not hardwearing, scratching and marking is common, over time this will give the piece a “distressed” look. Some have a soft velour-like surface that will leave marks very easily and will brush in different directions.
Remove dust with a soft, dry cloth in order to facilitate the product’s breathing. Do not use bristles as this may damage the surface. In order to preserve natural humidity and colour avoid prolonged direct exposure to sunlight or direct heat sources in order to preserve natural humidity and colour.
In order to prevent leather dehydration and maintain its elasticity, apply special creams for leathers every six months; pay special attention to areas that are more exposed to use, such as seats, arms and the top section of the back piece.
Removing stains is very difficult; however, good results can be obtained by applying soapy water (a neutral soap) with a soft cloth as soon as the mark appears.Rinse the leather properly and dry immediately. Do not, under any circumstances, use alcohol, acetone, detergents or any other type of abrasive substances.
Specialist leathers, like nubuck, require a specific cleaning schedule that might differ from the general indications stipulated here.
