This coat stand shows pure minimalism with a very limited amount of materials and shapes.
Though its layout is not the biggest, thanks to its multiple height levels, Tee provides full functionality and availability also for small children.

JAN PADRNOS
Originally a machine engineer, Jan Padrnos started inclining towards architecture during his studies. After his graduation, at the beginning of the 1990s, he worked in an architectural studio and after that with a reputable foreign furniture maker.
In the second half of the 1990 he collaborated with Tunnel. In 2000, he set up his own company BLACKBOX s.r.o. which became the exclusive manufacturer of his designs.
Jan Padrnos has participated in Czech design shows and his works can be found for instance among the collections of the Moravian Gallery in Brno, in the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague, in the National Technical Museum and in the North Bohemian Museum in Liberec. His works were exhibited in a design biennale in Saint-Etiénne (2002) and SaloneSateillite (2003) in Mila

OAK STANDARD COLOUR
-A strong and hard wood that will last for generations, oak has been prized in furniture making for centuries. Its natural colour and texture are characterised by a brown palette that is complemented with grey and yellow tones.
-In Standard finish, we offer stains that do not affect the wood structure. Most of the shades do not hide the texture. The natural characteristics of oak allow the wood to absorb colour differently, resulting in a surface with lighter and darker markings. The final look of the product is also influenced by the original wood colour. A colour stain is always finished with a transparent water-based lacquer, which creates a durable, impervious coating that requires minimal maintenance. -For the Oak Natural option we recommend an oil finish, which is applied to the raw, worked surface. The colourless oil base comprising natural oils and waxes creates a protective matte coating that does not crack or peel.
The oil highlights the natural colour of the wood, reveals its structure, and allows the wood to breathe. With the help of our Carebox, small scratches can be sanded over and re-oiled, leaving your TON product looking like new.
