Loehr W1 STACK Shelving System
W1 STACK shelving system
W1 STACK SHELVING SYSTEM
STACK is a highly functional shelving system with an inherent architectural quality. Boards and side panels engineered from sheet metal can be assembled to form a rigid grid structure providing stability and sturdiness. The modular dimensions are defined by standardized everyday items and the requirements of office environments.
The elements are bolted together at mounting points invisible from the exterior, lending the shelf an industrial and minimalist aesthetic. STACK can be configured in a multitude of variants and options to serve as a sideboard, side table or display rack for retail environments.
The product is shipped flat-pack and all elements can be separated for optimized recycling or replaced when in need of repair. The surface is powder-coated and available in two colours.

ARRANGEMENTS
W1 shelves can be placed in line (D), in front of each other (E) – or both – allowing for a great variety of arrangements and configurations to meet office, retail or home storage requirements. Fixation to a wall is mandatory at a minimum height of four levels (F). The highboard at three levels and 1160mm height (D) can however be also used as a freestanding element to structure spaces.
THE SYSTEM
The W1 STACK shelving system is based on the concept to simply ‘stack up’ shelf floors to the desired height. Multiple shelves can be arranged by placing them just next to each other. Additional fittings, add-ons and future extensions can be added to an existing system effortlessly.
- Elements are assembled by using the parts supplied with two sets: The base set / lowboard and the stacking set. All pre-configured W1 shelves (sideboard / highboard / etc.) are constructed from only these two sets.
- For setting up, first the elements desired to stack up a shelf are assembled (A), then stacked upon each other and fastened (B). The shelf is then ready to use (C).
