CLOUD GRIS GRAY POLYPROPYLENE RUG
Design by Toulemonde Bochart
The Cloud rug, hand-woven in gray polypropylene, represents a remarkable advance in the art of interior decoration. Its unique design, characterized by rounded and spiral shapes, results from an avant-garde manufacturing method.
Visualize long polypropylene strands, meticulously assembled into spirals to create rings. These rings, when combined and interconnected by the same wire, offer a mesmerizing visual spectacle. The gray tint recalls the tenderness of threatening clouds, bringing a feeling of calm to your place.

MATERIAL & MAINTENANCE ( POLYPROPYLENE )
Polypropylene is a synthetic fiber, with high resistance qualities, and insensitive to water and weather. It is an essential fiber for outdoor carpets, because it is the one that makes up fishing nets, for example. DETAIL
But the gray hand-woven polypropylene rug is not limited to its aesthetics: it is also impressively robust. Polypropylene, a resilient and easy-to-maintain material, is perfect for high-traffic areas such as the kitchen or terrace.
MANUFACTURING - HAND WOVEN
Semi-mechanized process, hand weaving can be done on flat looms (pit loom) or on shuttle looms, simple version of jacquard looms. Here no node, but a loop maintained by the tightening of the frame. Gluing allows the assembly to be maintained. This process can be performed on plain pieces or simple geometries (frames, stripes, squares...).
