Nonstick-cookware - first use: wash the cookware with hot water and neutral washing solution (detergent). After each use: clean after use avoiding to use alkaline detergents and do not use abrasive sponges. Washing: use dishwashing machine at temperatures over 35°c may cause spots on the aluminium surfaces. Precautions: never place empty cookware on a heating element. Not scratch the coating with metallic utensils or abrasive brushes, we suggest to use wooden, plastic or teflon or pa plus utensils.
