This is thanks to its unique multi-layered construction with an aluminum core, a stainless steel interior, and an extremely durable chrome steel exterior, as well as the outstanding PermaDur non-stick coating, which is further protected by a special, raised honeycomb structure made of durable Cromargan®. This makes the Profi Resist frying pan not only scratch-resistant and exceptionally heat-resistant, but also prevents food from sticking.
Because the fat is optimally distributed under the food, even and precise cooking results are the norm, not the exception.
