The wok measures 30 cm across, thereby offering ample space for traditional stir-frying, whereby fresh ingredients are only briefly fried while they are tossed in the pan. Ensuring that the stainless steel wok heats quickly and evenly is the SIGMA Clad base. Because the solid stainless steel handles remain cool for a long time even over intense heat, the wok can be moved safely at all times.
