Sergio Herman is a celebrated chef, restaurateur and creative entrepreneur whose work bridges gastronomy and design.
Deeply connected to his native Zeeland, he transformed the family restaurant Oud Sluis into a three-Michelin-star destination that ranked among The World’s 50 Best Restaurants for eight consecutive years.
After closing Oud Sluis in 2013, he founded the Sergio Herman Group, now one of Europe’s most forward-thinking restaurant collectives.

GLASS CARAFE CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
- Step 1 : Insert the metal chain into the carafe.
- Step 2 : Add warm water and a drop of mild dish SOAP.
- Step 3 : gently shake the carafe to let the chain clean the interior surface.
- Step 4 : rinse thoroughly with clean water and place the carafe upside down to dry.
- Step 5 : your carafe is now clean and ready to use again.
