To get rid of dirt and dust, use a soft cloth with warm water and wipe the item down with the cloth. Travertine is porous and can be difficult to clean after getting stained. Please avoid contacting coloured liquid. In case the travertine have been in contact with acidic liquid make sure to clean the surface immediately. Do not cut food on the travertine directly. Do not put high temperature products on the travertine.
