Atelier hand woven carpet of cotton and paper yarn Duetto 1-5 combines the best qualities of cotton and paper yarn.
Paper yarn gives the rug body and rhythm, cotton brings warmth softness. The carpet’s tricot weft is organic cotton. Rug's three-dimensional surface is lively and feels firm to touch.
Thanks to the smooth surface and dust repellent materials, an excellent rug for allergic homes. The Duetto rugs are designed for reversible use. Duetto 1 rug was awarded with Red Dot: Best of the Best award in 1997.

The rugs are woven from plant fibers and do not contain any animal-derived finishing materials, so the rugs are 100% vegan. This significantly affects the fact that color and texture variations may occur between yarn and dye baths. Variations are acceptable, although not desirable.

According to standard TSL 23-017. Materials are supplied with soil-repellent treatment. Non-toxic treatment, harmless to health and the environment. Thanks to the smooth surface and dust repellent materials, an excellent rug for allergic homes.
DETAIL
Duetto carpets have acceptable variation in dimensional tolerances (carpet length and width) that belong to and embody atelier hand weaving and finishing as an artisan work. In a hand-woven carpet, the implementation of the weaver is unique, and as a result, the tolerances are greater than in industrially produced carpets. Weaving curve might occur in hand woven carpets.
