DESIGNER
LORIANO BARANI
Loriano Barani, born in Fornacette (province of Pisa), obtained his diploma as a Master of Art in industrial design in 1969.
Since 1978, he has been working as a freelance professional, running his own studio specializing in design, interior planning, and wood-carving modeling for furniture.
Over the course of a career spanning more than thirty-five years, he has collaborated—and continues to collaborate—with numerous entities in the furnishings sector, particularly furniture manufacturers that specialize in metalwork.
He possesses extensive knowledge of materials and a wide range of painting techniques, which he employs with a distinctive creative flair within the realm of furniture design.
Over the years, he/she has participated in various experimental training courses and coordinated several projects dedicated to cultural and residential activities.
Since 1988, he/she has been collaborating with Cantori on the design of furniture for living and sleeping areas.
